MiniSmoke

MiniSmoke plastic casing has been specially developed for cooked meat products such as smoked Frankfurter sausages. MiniSmoke is an inedible casing that is easy to peel. Some of the greatest advantages of this plastic casing include its ability to absorb smoke aroma, and its strength and elasticity during processing, ensuring that the surface of the product is smooth and taut. Meat products in MiniSmoke casings keep looking fresh and attractive even after longer periods of storage. Low water permeability prevents weight-loss during heat processing, while low oxygen permeability prolongs the length of time meat products can be stored and distributed. This casing ensures that products retain their aroma and colour for a long time. MiniSmoke is fully compliant with the EEC-Commission Directive 200/72/EC for direct contact with foodstuffs and is made from a mixture of special plastic biaxially-oriented components, meaning that the casing stays strong and elastic during processing.
