I am writing to confirm that, effective March 1, 2011, the business name of Cutisin s.r.o. will change to:

Devro s.r.o.

The change of business name is part of a longer term process to establish a common culture across the Devro group.  We see this as essential for the further development of our global business.

The change of business name will not affect the scope of contractual relationships between Cutisin s.r.o. and its customers, suppliers and other business partners.  It will also not result in any corporate or financial changes in Cutisin s.r.o., such as the change of its legal form, its identification number, its tax identification number, or its bank account details.
